OSCARS 2011

So today early in the morning, I had to woke up early to catch the live (via satellite) streaming of  Velvet of this year's biggest and most glamorous awarding event: The 83rd Annual Academy Awards. I was really entertained by the witty hosts Anne Hathaway and James Franco, who apparently is also nominated for the best actor category. 

And of course I have my top three personalities who dressed the best for the red carpet. For the men:

1. Christian Bale, in an all-black ensemble

2. Robert Downey Jr., with his wife, replacing a black bow tie for a
white neck tie. 

3. Justin Timberlake

And the ladies...

1. Sandra Bullock

2. Jennifer Hudson, in a tangerine gown

3. Anne Hathaway, in Valentino

It's Playtime!

After all the nerve-wracking days for our exams and academic stuffs, we deserve some hangout and unwinding activities. So we had a really fun day at the arcade and we did a little bit of singing in the KTV corner.

Cool For School!

So last Thursday, the exclusive distributors of Crocs here in the Philippines launched their newest pair in De La Salle University. They designed it for the students who experience pain everyday especially if your university's campus is wide and if you have to climb up to the fifth floor everyday (yes, I experience that a couple of times per week).

Who Is Danica Magpantay?

Well, Danica Gaille Flores Magpantay is the 2010 Fords Models Supermodel of the World winner. Not to add that she's the First Filipino to mark the history. Who would tell that this 5'9" young woman would take the spotlight? She competed with other ladies in New York for the finals last Jan. 19-22, 2011. Her title comes with a one-year $250 000 USD modeling contract with Ford, if you're curious there. 

Third world, be proud for another personality has lined up together with all the growing Filipino personalities renowned for talent and beauty in the entire world.
