In the bakeshop / cafe arena, few had the guts to rise in Cabanatuan city. It seems that for years, the folks here do not possess that enthusiasm like the Manilenios do for coffee and pastries. But today, many coffee/bake shops emerged in this city and had established good names, products, and services. An addition to the local scene is Rich Cafe, which (I think) just had its grand opening last week, so we tried the place.
They have a wide array of bars, including: the food for the gods, brownies, white chocolate bar, (sorry I forgot the names of the others), which we had on free taste (lol). The coffee was good, we have tried their varieties of hot and cold. Their cakes, for those who are asking, is yet to come. But I must say that their crew were exceptional! We really had good service from them, plus they serve with smile. Good thing is, you need not to dig deeper in your pockets for the good coffee, pastries, and ambiance.
